In July 2020 we finalized our collaboration with PostNL with the start of our joint venture. We are very enthusiastic about this. By joining forces, we can respond more flexibly to changes and growth in the healthcare market and offer new services that fit the industry.

CB and Printforce are expanding their printer fleet on their Dutch facilities with the Canon ProStream 1000. With this high quality printer we can expand our production capacity and offer customers an even better print quality.

Logistics service provider CB and PostNL announced today that PostNL intends to take a minority stake in the healthcare part of CB. Through the new partnership CB Healthcare, PostNL and CB want to intensify their collaboration and provide customers in the healthcare sector with a wide range of logistics solutions, such as the supply of wound care products and incontinence materials at home and at healthcare institutions. With this step, PostNL and CB are responding to the growing market for healthcare logistics.

Research publisher Springer Nature selects CB as a global distribution partner. As of 2021 CB will hold stock for Springer Nature and take care of delivery to its customers, including wholesalers, booksellers and consumers.

CB released the new book barometer for the second half of 2019. Compared to 2018, the overall market will fall slightly (-1.9%). The share of e-commerce has grown (+5.6%). The number of e-book subscriptions also continues to grow.

From the 1st of January onwards audiobook distributor Luisterhuis will be part of CB. The logistics service provider - specialist in the distribution of e-books and physical books - wants to ensure that customers are able to manage and distribute all of their books via one and the same platform. According to CB, this should result in saving time and creating convenience for both publishers and retailers.
